The Pomodoro Technique

The Pomodoro Technique is a technique where you just set a timer for 25 minutes (usually) and you work only on one task during that 25 minute session doing nothing else to distract you and then take 5 minute break.

It’ s very useful especially when you experiment with the time intervals.  You can apply this technique as you want. For example, if you want 45 minutes to complete a task and then take 15 minutes break.
